Correct Vacuum Advance for F100 302?

Found out that my vacuum advance isn't working and would like to replace it. Turns out that finding the correct one isn't as easy as it sounds.
The truck runs and drives ok, just getting the last few bugs out. The truck is fairly original including most of the paint accept for the engine which was a 300-6.

My truck is a 1977 F100 with a 302 and 3 speed manual transmission.
That is the easy part. Here are the numbers I've found so far.
Distributor is D5DE 12127 KA and has a dual vacuum advance on it.
It also has the electronic ignition, no points.
The Block # is D2OE 8015 AB 2H24.
The intake is also a D3 number.
Carberator is D3OF EZ which I found to be from a 73/74 Ford Torino.
I assumed that's where the engine came from, but Distributor has been changed.
The 77 wiring harness was too cut up so I used a 75 F100 donor truck for the wiring harness, ignition module and dash guages.

Couple of the aftermarket suppliers list a D7TZ 12370 C vacuum advance for all 302 V8 w/ transistorized ignition. Would this be correct for my application?
Would either a dual or single vacuum work with my set up? Advantages to either? It currently has dual vacuum, not working.
I haven't been able to find the correct info in any or my books or on the net. It's kind of like that old Jonny Cash song.
Thanks in advance.

On dual vacuum distributors one canister advances timing and the other canister retards timing, the vacuum retard was a smog era device for reducing emissions during low throttle/deceleration, unlike vacuum advance the retard side offers no performance or mileage gains so i'd just go with a single vacuum distributor. Also even though your motor is apparently from a Torino you want to buy a distributor for your current truck/engine combo or it won't be curved correctly for your specific application.

Those numbers you posted are mostly engineering numbers and are used in other vehicles than they were designed for and in subsequent years

If you wish to know the original replacement VA
How about posting the DSO
Present Location of the truck (state)
Rear axle ratio

so a calibration number can be attached to your truck then the specs are easy to find and the proper V/A application can be listed

Otherwise a single port VA is fine

The truck is in Wisconsin. Was manufactured at Norfolk, VA.
It was originally shipped to DSO 24. Jacksonville District.
Has the original rear which is 3.00 conventional ratio (3750# Ford)
No Power Steering, Power Brakes, or Air Conditioning.
Pretty basic truck with the Explorer Package.
Is this any help?
