lug pattern change
Stevegg22,try performancewheel.com,I bought some 2" wheel spacers from them years ago and have had no problems at all. They do make wheel adapters like the one you would need to change the lug pattern. Check out their site and possibly they can help you. This is the only way I know of to change your lug pattern unless you could have your axle and front hubs re-drilled for the smaller lug pattern and I do not know if that can be done, hope this helps.

I agree with Nod, but I'm curious as to why you want to change? There are all kinds of options out there for the bolt pattern you already have. I have ran the adaptors once to run the Ford bolt pattern on a Jeep, just because the adaptors were cheaper than buying new wheels and tires, and I had a nice set of Ford wheels and tires already mounted. They work just fine, but will space the wheels out, which will make the tires fling mud/water all over your truck. It will also change the scrub radius on the front tires, which will cause them to wear a little faster.
