I am selling my 56 Big Window. It is an all steel cab original big window truck and not a repop big window. I bought the truck in Colorado in 92 and it is an original Colorado rust free truck. I built the truck during the mid to late 90's. It has a 351C with the good quench chamber heads with adjustable rocker studs and has a solid lifter cam, compression ratio is 10.2 to one and I am able to use pump gas. It has the original dual point distributor. The front end is LTD II and is grafted into the frame just under the front of the cab and was done so by a professional. The rear is a four link coil over shock set up. C6 transmission, tilt wheel, Hurricane air conditioner that blows good cold air, tilt wheel from a 79 Ford pick up, intermittent wipers, cruise control, seats from a 97 Ford F150. This truck is put together with all Ford parts with the exception of the gas tank and it is a 86 Isuzu Trooper tank that is mounted between the frame rails at the rear (21.9 US gallons). The only after marker parts are VDO gages, Pioneer radio/CD player and as mentioned above the Hurricane A/C unit. Everything on this truck works . It is well insulated.
