I have a 9 inch to replace my timken rear in my f2. need to do something with my front brake set up to replace the 8 lug with 5 lug. The front disc conversion would be nice but cost not in budgetfor couple of yrs. looking for thoughts on front drum set up perhaps from someone who has replaced theirs with disc or recomendations of what might work

 

Just get the brackets for the disc setup and source the other parts from the salvage yard the brackets should be around $125.
