2) "pennies on the dollar"
3) under lifetime warranty
4) Enuf
The funniest part is, he installed a PA speaker, 2 offroad lights, a mossy oak seat cover (went in my '65), red top optima battery (which I kept for my '73) as well as replaced the starter, starter solenoid, spark plugs and wires, air cleaner, voltage regulator, alternator, power steering pump. He also changed the oil and filter.
He did manage to get the rear bumper ripped off by a 3500 cummins when he was getting pulled out. He also lost the trans case skid plate because he was going to "fix it himself"
Funny story #2- I sold it the first time with a welded diff. Two days later he comes back and says he cant take turns faster than 2 mph and wants lessons. So I charged him shop price to swap in an open diff I had layin around. Bout an hour and a half's worth of work. He was ecstatic.
Now he drives a purple Plymouth Neon and last I heard he had ordered a turbo kit for it and was gonna "do it himself"

That kid sounds like someone I know. I sold him an old dodge I had, worked good. No damage. $300. Motor a little tired, but didn't burn oil or leak. Being nice, could have got a grand easy.
A year later he tries to sell it back to me for $600. The bed is almost collapsed from him wrecking it. The front fender is dented. Windshield cracked. I remember he changed the oil in it, put a filter with no seal on it, and it leaked. He TOOK IT TO A SHOP, they changed the filter. His excuse for upping the price was "Well it has had engine work." The engine work he is referring to is the $200 he paid a shop to track down that pesky oil leak and change the filter.
Sadly enough, I had to refuse.

Work on rear axle:
debraked
welded spider gears
serviced bearings
flipped hubs
welded on spring perches
green death ground off
painted
rolled under truck for measuring "u" bolts
decided to use stock rockwell lower suspension plate and make an upper spring plate while using 3/4x10" grade eight bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts (i will buy these tomorrow)
cut yokes off stock rockwell and stock ford drive shafts which turned out to be the same diameter for driveline builder to weld in new shaft (should have this by Thursday)
rear axle should be completely in by Thursday, Ill go for a short test drive then back it on to start on the front axle
I'm still researching hydraulic steering but will start buying up the pieces soon

I also made a prototype custom backspaced rockwell rim today. Drilled out the rivets and ground the tack welds, flipped the center and made it flush, then welded it back in. Came out to about 4" back spacing on one side and a little more on the other. Just for fun we're gonna put it on the wheel balance machine and see just how bad off it is.
I've also found a guy that's gonna sell me a full hydraulic steering setup for much cheaper than psc or pos. It will be ordered tomorrow. After speaking with PSC reps and Sean personally on the phone, I'm very impressed with Mike Ward's level of professionalism and willingness to provide advice. If anyone is interested in more information, let me know.

Ordered full hydro steer yesterday
Today:
Got eight 3/4" x 10" u-bolts made
My bro fabbed up my spring plates
Installed u-bolts and spring plates
Pulled a Saginaw pump and bracket from a Lincoln
Test fit custom backspaced rim
Mounted 53s on axle
Rear end is in minus brakes and driveshaft
Gonna start putting together pinion brake parts tomorrow

BTW, my overall axle tube ground clearance is taller than the average jack stand
