Hey gil, I think you're right. Flip that lower piece over and it could be the valance piece between the lower fenders under the grille, the other piece could be the back/underside piece.

The bottom one is the filler panel and has been modified for the licence plate but the top one i was stumped by.

The hump with the notch cut out of it is to fit around the drain **** for the orig. radiator.

F2/F3 fenders?
Do you say that because of their size because they are 15" wheels that it is sitting on with lower profile rubber so i wasn't quite sure, i hadn't made my mind up if they were right just yet untill i saw it with propper sized wheels.
Seems i have a real mixed bag.
There was 2 sets of feders so i wll check out the others

if those are f2 fender and you dont want them let me know I could put them to very good use

i would say m-68,they sure look like the same as my 50 merc m-68 fenders





there should be a MERCURY emblem between the two stripes of S/S on the hood.

gdgerland is correct. It goes in front and below the original radiator location.
