Just to update.Spent4k fixing it and now he tells me the valve body needs to be replaced.Its slipping and they cant dial it in.

 

4k to fix a transmission sounds like a rip off....

 

Here in Calgary the cheapest rebuild was $3000 but it was already in this guys shop and $500 to get it out.$200 to tow it and the running around wasn't worth it.So I went ahead with the repairs(rebuild) at his shop.So now I have an f250 Lariat in next to mint cond.With $7000 in.Shifts fine and Im happy with it.Gonna put dual mufflers new tires and breaks.Hoping to get ten years out of it.Thanx for all the input guys.I will post its pic soon.
