What is your bike again wp?
1300 VTX Retro. Full fenders and saddlebags. Worse part of the test was the arguement when the instructor said to accelerate through three gears and stop as quickly and safely as possible, My argument was the place she told me to do it was covered in pine needles. I ask just how am I supposed to do that safely on pine needles? Just ride around an empty parking lot practicing tight turns for a hour then go take the test. Shouldn't be a problem.

Gotcha. A vtx was another bike I was considering, 1300 or 1800.

Gonna setup some cones in the parking lot at the VFD. everything I've read online says 12 feet, my buddy swears it was like 7 or 8. So figure I'll set them up around 10' apart.

You know, I honestly don't know. It's not a touring bike, so it's not a lot. Maybe 4 gallons? It's in liters, though.

Had a little ride this morning after church, even managed a few pictures.

Then after taking some backroads that I dragged the pipes on a couple times we snagged another pic or 2.

Also showing the bike some love this holiday season....

Ordered some heavy duty progressive shocks designed for riders over 200# and 2 up riding

And just won this nearly brand new mustang seat for $249.99 they sell for $550+ new.

Few new goodies went on the bike today. Mustang seat and new heavy duty progressive shocks. Headed out for a polar bear ride tomorrow!

Oh and since the bike needs new shoe's (ordered them today) I decided it was a good reason to buy a motorcycle lift so I can just take the wheels in to get them swapped out. Price was $149.99 but caught it on sale for $99.99 and a 20% off coupon cost me $85 out the door.

Larry,

When I sold my Vulcan it had the stock seat on it. I also sold him the custom Cobra seat, but the front rider back support wasn't in the box and I forgot about it until a few years ago when I found it.
Have no way to get ahold of the buyer so if any of your fellow Vulcan riders needs one let me know.
