Oil cooling on 351W in F250

I don't trust oil cooling on 95 F250.

It look like it ready to break anytime. It rusty like it been soak in salt water.

Talk to some guys. They say it just oil filter thread hold together.

Is there way I can remove oil filter's oil cooling then put FL1A instead FL820S.

And it impossible to change oil filter with oil cooling on it.
