Just changed plugs, air filter, oil, took her through the car was - this weekend.
Here is us finishing up before wash. Defiantly felt a change in throttle response after tune up.
Finish some rust repair and clean it up. Then i'll be ready for paint or bed liner, still on the fence on that one.
One new fuel tank in and one cleaned out. Then on to cleaning up the frame and painting it.
I just did raptor liner bed liner on the floor and roof of my crew cab and I'm very happy with how it turned out just be sure to seal up inside the roof rails with something good. And it looks like you have one of the same problems that I had and should really consider replacing the rails on the underside that your seats bolt through.

If i use bed liner on the interior is it necessary to replace the seam sealer i removed when making repairs?

I did replace it. It might not be necessary but that little bit of extra could give you another ten years out of the floor. And with how cheap it is I removed all the old stuff even if it was still hanging on good because I will probably never sell the truck and I want it to last. If you want to see what it looks like I have pictures on my thread.
My son's 1976 F250. Was a graduation present 4 years ago, finally getting the new motor put in. Not as easy as it was last time I did a project like this 25 years ago!
