This is a 1 and a 1/4 ton truck isn't it?

Isn't that a Marmon Herrington conversion?

This is not an F100...you can tell by two things.

1) The large opening radius of the front fenders.

2) No F100 came with 6 lug wheels or DRW.

In addition, no F Series truck was available with DRW and a pickup bed until 1980 (and then F350 8' Stylesides only). No F100/250's were available w/DRW.

All 1953/79 F350's w/DRW were sold as a Cab & Chassis, or w/a factory installed flat or stake bed.

This is prolly an F350 (6 lug wheels on a 7.25" bolt circle). It's a cobbled together Frankenstein monster, the 4WD conversion was prolly done by a previous owner.

Ford did not offer an F350 w/4WD until 1979. Some F350's were converted to 4WD by Marmon-Herrington or NAPCO...but I doubt this is one of them.

The seller made no mention of dash mounted metal labels that had instructions on how to operate the 4WD, that M-H, NAPCO installed on their conversions.

The seller prolly assumes it's an F100 from the hood side emblems, but the hood was replaced at some point with a used hood from an F100.
