Hey guys I'm a new member and I'm at my ends. I just built my 6.4 from ground up. It started up great idles fine but my turbos aren't building good pressure and my lower pressure turbo temp is thru the roof. I'm running the same Spartan 350 tune as I was when I rebuilt. I've even went as far as getting a replacement low pressure turbo. Any suggestions?
