If the snow builds up again like it did a couple of years ago...you are absolutely right. I was thinking the same thing.
This past year was not very exciting, we didn't get much snow and it had all melted by March 20th.
So far this season is shaping up a bit differently. Come February I'll check back in and if there is a high pile of it - we'll do another melt contest.

Since my wife had to have another camper, I didn't do much to mine over the summer. Anyway I've been having too much fun driving it since I got it running. Fixed a few minor issues over last winter that you really wouldn't notice. Now that the cold weather has set in, I guess I'll tear it back apart and do some of the things I've been putting off.
Cold weather seems to be my most productive time in the shop. Fire up the Ashley stove and have at it. 26 degrees outside today, 74 in my shop.
