[QUOTE=

My wife and I went for a little ride today and she took some pictures while I was gassing it up. Didn't go too far as there was a vibration coming from the rear brakes when applied so need to check things out.[/QUOTE]

John it is so good to see you out in the sunshine, that has to be a great feeling. And only one little problem after all that work , Id say your doing pretty darn good. Congrats.

Just noticed your seats, they look identical to the ones I picked up a couple months ago out of a 2003 Chrysler LHS, are yours heated too?

48Steel, Can you tell us more about your hood mechanism? I'd like to try something like that on my '49. Thanks!

What I made will work on the 48-52. There a few modification to the hood, the front latch and drilling 4 small holes to attach hardware. The top of the cowl must be smooth to allow the hood to be pulled forward during lifting.

This is a pic of my newest project, put the doors back on so I can round the door corners and complete the body work.
