Glad to see the improvement. I think you could improve even further by using a steel or aluminum fan instead of the fiberglass flex (if it is fiberglass) fan as they tend to flatten out and pull less air. It's been my experience that they are not as efficient at pulling air through the radiator. I'm using a clutch fan on mine with five blades and it does a great job. I never see anything over 180...

actually it is a 6 blade aluminium, i think. not sure but it works great.
