Sorry for the delay in getting back to you Tim. I know, from working at the busiest shop in Michigan that we get behind in a hurry when one job that is supposed to take 3 hours ends up taking 2 days and 3 techs are working on it. Not making excuses for them by any means, but it does happen.

I always try to put a deadline for when the customer needs it back with the customer when they drop off. Usually works out for me.

Rich,

They knew that 2 weeks behind was untrue when they made my appointment. I now know that they knew. They now know that I know that they knew.....

The time from estimate to repaired and back in my yard was 48 hours. The final bill did come in a few hundred less than the estimate. So I have calmed down a bit.

Anyway, there are at least 6 RV repair shops between my house and the camper dealer. There are two others within 10 miles of my house. Of course I swore that I wouldn't go back to either of those places.....

Maybe it's me......

Timothy

Definitely hard to find good help. We are adding 16 bays and will be looking to hire at least 12 more techs, there just aren't many out there that have experience.

Our company continues to grow, I am sure we will be in Texas someday soon.
