Congrats. A 38R with your injectors should be capable of 350-400hp with supporting mods, which it looks like you have. That's a fun power level. Just wait though, you will get used to that power level pretty quick and want more.. That's the power level I was at when you rode in my truck last.. Now though, I'm ALMOST scared to run mine too hard b/c I need to install my head studs and valve springs.. I still run the he!! out of it. LOL

Not really, I was going to clean my truck but, its overcast and misting with light rain here now, tomorrow is going to be more of the same. I guess I have a weekend of TV in my future. As a last resort I could go shopping with the wife.

 

I wont go near a mall this time o year, its insane up here

I remember you telling me that some day I'd want more power, but for now, I'm plenty good. I say for now....lol!

When you get around to studding your truck and doing the valve springs, let me know, I'd love to help and/or be present!

 

Afternoon guys, please pray for the those poor children in the Connecticut elementary shool and their families. Horrific. There's a special place in hell for someone that would do something like that.

 

I probably won't mess with it until I pull the engine. I've had the studs and springs for probably 3 years just sitting there. LOL. Being my only truck right now, I don't want to take it apart unless I have to. The dyno and trap speeds say it's around 470-480hp, so I'm happy with the power level and it drives and tows awesome. I will just hope that the head gaskets keep holding. LOL Just give it time, you'll be wanting more power. The suck part is you probably have PMRs, so more power could have a negative impact on the rods.

They are in my prayers. It's hard to believe that someone would do that...
