Going To The Crusher Tomorrow

This is going to the crusher tomorrow. 1986 F-150 4x4. Does anyone need anything off of this before it goes? No drivetrain left. Rear slider, cab marker lights, tail lights, and emblems are spoken for. Power windows/locks. Red interior pieces. Nice red carpet. Mint red dash, but has two strips of velcro near the speaker hole. Nice exterior trim pieces. Tach cluster. XLT wood grain radio/cluster bezels. Just let me know. I will be pulling stuff of the rest of tonight and in the morning. Located in Rockford, IL.

How much for the red dash pad? Velcro is easier to get off than filling the 50 million tiny cracks in mine......

Well she's gone. I think I got back to everyone via PM. I still have some parts laying around. Dash pad is spoken for.

Here's the end of the road for another beloved 80-86.

Quick end to that truck.
Tell me it didn't still have the 4x4 axles under it, please.
I'm actually thinking of swapping 4x4 suspension under my truck. I'd hate to think a set of axles just got destroyed, when they were still useable......

that was painful to watch ... especially after my last trip to 3 different junkyards yielded NOTHING older than about a '90 ... they all got replaced in the yard with perfectly good, newer trucks from the cash for clunkers program =(

Yeah, it went with it's axles. The front axle was no good according to the P.O. I gutted the truck up to the firewall and pulled whatever was worth pulling. The truck really wasn't all that good with the interior being the only exception. The frame was cracked almost all the way through in the rear and it was a crusty critter underneath. Under 24 hours in stripping it to how you see it.
