Gear Shop

I am thinking about changing the gears on my truck and was wondering if anyone can recommend a good shop here in MD? I currently have 3.73 gears and and thinking about going to 4.10 or 4.30. Thanks

last one I had done was at germans on rt 3 north, almost accrossed from reliable's main office
