The PA Chapter's "Summer Slacking" June 2017 Chat and B/S Thread
Well, since Pat asked where the head slacker was to start this thread over in the May thread...
It's June, already...and it's the start of the summer season. Shows, BBQ's, vacations, and all that good stuff. For those interested, Carlisle Ford Nationals happens Friday thru Sunday this weekend (June 2-4), and I know I will be there at least Saturday in the truck class (Pre-'04 Modified).
Can't think of anything else to say - ya'll know what to do, so do it.
Tell me about it. I'm wrapping up a few little things for Ford Nationals, so it's been fairly hectic. Not a TON to do, but enough to keep me up late lol.
The plan is to leave tomorrow night and camp out at a hotel, then hit the grounds Saturday morning early. 50/50 on the weather still. The chance of rain has been reduced, but still a possibility. I don't much care - it's rained on me every year for the past 3...lol. I have a pop-up canopy and there's places to get out of it if it gets nasty.
Yup, doesn't take much to mess stuff up. Fortunately, it doesn't need washed prior to the trip this time - I've had it out on nice days (just odd timing) so some waterless wash and quick detailer will get it ready. Good thing, because my driveway's all ripped up due to this sewage upgrade project...sigh.
