stupid ups

I ordered a code reader and it was shipped on the 17th. well they attempted a delivery on the 18th and neither me or ann was home. so they attempted again today and once again nobody was home yet. as we both work during the day. so now they are going to attempt again monday between 10 and 2. and once again neither me or ann is gonna be home. so i know you can try to make other delivery arrangments but i cant figure out how to do it. it says to call a number and i call it and its ****ty cause itll start to say something and think i said something and stop. and when i finally got to were it shouldve let me choose make other arrangements it didnt give me the option. so i tried online next and i cant get nothing to work online. anyone please help me.

UPS delivered my last shipment of trucks to the right number, WRONG STREET. Fortunately, the nice 70 year old lady at that address was honest and called UPS. I received the "delivered" e-mail from them and was not very pleasant.

I got my neighbor's order from 2 doors down once from Summit Racing. It had headers, valve covers, and a timing chain kit. Bad part was it was all chebby parts for his Camaro so I delivered it to him and then he had the nerve to ask me to help him put the stuff on
