Anyone interested in free (as in well faded and stained) Carhartt clothes?
Considering their condition, I'm not going to list these in our want adds.
If someone is interested in them (like for getting really dirt and not caring to be a fashion statement), then they can grab them at the GTG this Saturday.
Take the pictures as sort of like what I have.
I have a bunch of double patch work pants.
The size tags are faded, I figure they are about a size 38" or 40" waist with about a 30" inseam.
I also have some long sleeve shirts, size large.

Hi there Aaron.
You got me thinking about the hill climbs again.
Makes me wonder if my 35.4" Michelin XDE2+ 285/70R/19.5 tires with my 5.13 lockers would get my van up that hill?
Since I look like a turtle I'm not aiming to be the quick, just to be able to make it up would be satisfying.
Maybe if I was the first one to give it a go on the Saturday morning the surface would be sufficiently firm so I don't burrow in?

Ken, no OT pay for this, we just trade days-off between ourselves.
The incentive is there not to take personal days, or anything else other than a full week at a time off.
We are paid OT for hours worked in excess of 40.
Our scheduled work day is nine hours of work so our time sheets read 9 - 9 - 9 - 9 - 4 plus 5 OT on Friday.
Personal time is not allowed to be computed toward weekly OT - and - has to be taken in full day increments.
So regardless of the day we would take personal time on, our time sheet for the week will show 36 hours of straight time and four hours of personal time.
It's a hollow thought that we luck out in effect and get twice as many personal days as would otherwise be available to those who have a schedule of eight hours worked per day.
Should we take any day as a personal day then we loose the equivalent of 7.5 hours of straight time gross from our paycheck, or figured another way it costs us about a day's wages to use the company benefit of a personal day.
Its got to be really personally important to take a personal day when you can't get someone to cover otherwise because its going to cost you big time.
In the end we save up the personal days and later use them as vacation days taken in 5-day sets.
