04+ 4.6l in a 03

can this be done, the short block is the same, the difference in the heads is the cams, intake and exhaust will have to be changed, anyone know of electrical issues?

im not 100% sure, but i think they changed something with the OBD system. again not 100% sure.

side note, join the nj chapter. alot of people from around us. you live half an hour away from me lol.
