I have a 1977 F100 Custom Pickup Truck that I want to do a full Stock restoration & Stock 4x4 conversion on. I have had the truck since 1984(2nd owner) & it is still in super condition. Does anyone know of any reputable Resteration & 4x4 Conversion shops in the VA & NC area ?

Dan most of the guys here do their own work. You may post on the hod rod and custom discussion for better help, on restoration companys. I think they get around 10 to 20 thousand dollars for restore work, and that elemanites most of us here. As for 2wd to 4wd conversion, you need to find a late 70s 4X4 truck with the same engine family and swap your body and engine onto. Trying to change the chassis - drivetrain to yours, is cost prohibitive. The drive line is different and the chassis is narrower, but your sheetmetal will bolt on it.
