My weekend is Monday-Thursday. Which converts to Friday, Saturday, Saturday and Sunday.

That would almost make working nights worth it

Almost Jason, but working weekends sucks cause that's when everything seems to happen. The really good thing about it is the start times are the same and not changing every couple weeks.

Yeah, that would help.
My dad drives truck. Durring the summer his start time is a pretty consistant 7am. Durring the winter, he startes at 8am, 6am if hauling snow piles off of private lots, and midnight if hauling snow for the Town
I have seen him do all three start times withen a week.

Now that could be tough. I like not having to adjust my hours unless I choose to do it.

I start between 6:30 and 8 if working in the field, and 8am when working in the office. that makes life pretty simple
