Tomorrow is the Medina Co. fairgrounds indoor swap meet. Truckrod, 4speed and myself will be going. Looking for some .060 over pistons for a 292 for truckrod's engine build.

Hey Brian, Do you know anyone near you who would want my sister-in-laws drive way for a snow plow job? They need someone nearby to do that for them.

 

yes i know a guy that plows around here.i'll give you a card tommorow if i see you. She should have you redo a cub for her!!!!

 

Too cold to do much outside. I just got a call from my Dad, in Florida...and he is driving the corvette today. It is wild how different Ohio and Florida's weather is...for me...cannot wait to see the truck Dad found for me. He had the guy haul it in the gate of the ranch and said it runs good....and got the title in hand.
Dad is a cool guy,and really awesome to have him help me out.
I will have to fix the cub though,as he broke a piece on the mower,and has left it for me to repair.....LOL.....I cannot gripe....he is worth his weight in GOLD.

 

Kevin looked for you at the meet next time you most wear a orange hat or something LOL score any deals?I bought some small stuff nothing big.My truck is at a half way point need stuff but i got enough to keep going for now.The snow plow guy no. is440-853-6518 he also does grass and landscape stuff.Wish i would got to see you and the others.

 

Brian, Thanks for the number, I will pass it along. Picked up a very nice set of Y block valve covers for Truckrods engine, and a vintage 1956 Ohio road map.

When the weather warms up we will all have to hook up, maybe a NE Ohio GTG

 

i seen a set or two black y block valve covers.you see craigs list there is or was a 52 F2 for sale

 

There was a 1953 f100 rear bumper with brackets for 65.00.

 

We could all meet at Ksmith's restaurant in Massillon. We met there before and Rocknes was a nice place and Kevin IS A GREAT GUY,and a member of FTE.

 

I was thinking more towards a "tear apart a 56 day" at my place. Or Dump bed swap from one 56 F600 to another 56 F600 to get rid of my "rusty homemade hunk of crap for a bed" as you put it

 

Yes ! An ohio FTE gtg at Bigwins would be great ! He's got enough acerage to have a huge truck gtg in his back yard!
