I'm trying to get my hands on a Ford service manual. Is this what I need? I would really prefer a downloadable version, but I'm at a loss as to where I can find one.

 

I bought the cd rom service manual and use my dedicated laptop that also has IDS on it. You can print out whatever pages you need for the task at hand and not worry about getting the manual greasy or laptop/mouse greasy.

 

Not a bad idea. Still, is the one I linked what I need? From the digging I've done so far, I gathered that Haynes and Chilton are meh compared to the factory service manual, so I figured I'd skip them and go straight to the top of the food chain.

I bought a used two book set for $75 off ebay last year. I prefer books over dragging a laptop around.
