Just a question, is there any special way to search for a short draining the battery like super quickly, I am pretty sure it's in the harness on the motor since it's a frankinstine lol. is the only way to just keep doing contanuity tests on each line? I hate electrical

You need to give a bit more info on the drain issue.
1. Is it over night?
2. Over a day's time?
Reason is the alternator may be the fault due to faulty diode stack and /or internal regulator.
Battery may not be charging full or has a bad cell.
You have to do the work to find it or let a shop do it.
There are ways to address the issue, but do you want to do it?
First thing is to check the charge system for performance with a LED voltage stick from the auto store.
Is the system charging?
If yes at what level!
Then the drain issue should be looked for.
Disconnect the alternator main power lead to the battery to check the alternator for being the culprit etc.
If you find all ok at this point, then something else is doing it.
Gotta do the work to find out.
