Locate ft pedal for Wind shield washer

I'm restoring a '56 F100 Big Window and need to figure our where to put the foot pedal that supplies the air for the windshiel washer. Does anyone have a picture or masurements from the side and then from floor crease or bend? Thanks

Hmmmm?!? This is stricktly un official, but in my 51 I mounted it just above the high beam floor switch on the vertical part of the firewall and slightly to the left. I had a very log pedal as well and cut the tongue to reduce it down. I had to drill the hole for it.

I like to rest my left foot on the angled part of the floor board left of the steering column so I didn't want to put it too low, but needed it to be accessable.

I think this will do. You can just see it above the steering tube on the far side.
