Does the f250 level kit for the 05 come with anything for the rear to fit 37s?

Looks like the Ready Lift site recommends the rear 4" when doing the 2.5" lift on the 2005, is this true?
If so, is there a group buy for the complete front and rear?
it depends on what type you have.... i have done just the front leveling kit and it levels out most trucks... if you have a 350 you already have a 3.5" rear block.. 250's have a 2.5" rear block... a
what i did for the last customer is is include it in the free shipping with the front kit... so he paid $339.90 shipped

I have an 08 f250 4wd diesel I want to level and raise about 2-3 inches but I dont want to use blocks because I tow equipment everyday and I dont want the sag look that you get with blocks. Do you have a kit to do this? Do I need something to move carrier bearing and shocks? The stock difference in front and rear height right now is half an inch'
