Found this on ebay and the company's website. Here are the links:

From the catalog:
Midwest Early Ford 1951-1951 Hood Side Ends, Chrome Deluxe cab horseshoe shaped trim 1C-16732 120.00 Pair
I have been searching for a nice set of these for some time now as my originals are badly pitted. Hope these repo's are of good quality!

HI CFP
Thanks for the point on the Spears and the New vendor I hadn't seen before.
Just FYI (before you buy) it only cost me $98. ($49ea) to have the original spears rechromed. They had the usual pits, but a good plating shop boils those out, fills them with the copper undercoat and then replates. Spear come out like new. I realize of course not everyone who is restoring has access to a "Good" chrome shop.

Hi Keith!
I had mine done at a place here in a San Diego suburb called "Lemon Grove Plating." Like most California plating shops, they are out of business now - EPA. We have one left in San Diego County called Equality Plating - I had a couple items done by him - expensive and took over 14 months to do the job.
There are a lot of shops that the other guys have posted info about that you can ship your stuff too and they do excellent work.
Maybe we need to start another thread: "Where do you get your chome items replated?" just so I can save the answers and post the link in the future!
Here's a couple pictures after replating:
PS The remaining Stainless Steel parts of the spears will buff up very nicely with a buffing wheel and the right buffing compound - I did mine. You have to be careful with the wheels though they'll really kill ya if you let it grab an edge and throw your piece!
