i have a 1987 f-150 4x4 with a 4.9.i want to make sure i'm putting the right vac line on the right solenoid.from front to back,EGR has green vac hose on top connector,green and red wires. middle one has red vac line on top connector,red and white w/black stripe wires. back one has black vac hose on top connector,white w/black stripe and red wires.the two solenoids i got from the junk yard are; red and white w/ red dashes wires on one,the other has red and white w/black line wires.what vac line goes with what solenoid?i have a red vac line and a black vac line.i just want to be sure,any and all info would be great. thanks

 

duhhhhhhhh,sorry i just had a brain fart. i started going back and readind some other threads and i found what i needed. if i could get my head on straight sometimes i'd do ok.thanks anyway.

 

got the TAD/TAB solenoids in and they fit with a little mod.hooked up my code reader and the codes for that were gone.the only code left i code 67.book saysimproper signals are being recieved from either neutral drive switch,neutral gear switch, neutral pressure switch,manual lever position,or A.C.clutch.

 

got it .it was the neutral position switch not connected.i read some older threads.thank you.
