What can you tell me about land prices in Mille Lacs county? A little more specifically, north of you right in that little corner where 21 goes into Morrison county a little east and a little south of Hillman. My wife's friend and her husband bought some land around there and there is some more for sale, no utilities to it yet but supposedly coming. The price sounds a little too good to be true if I can compare at all to prices around here.
If you don't know, no biggie, just curious if you have an idea.
