Post rear window problems

I have an 88 Full size Bronco and the rear power window stopped working. Both the key mechanism on the tailgate and the switch on the dash will not operate it. I looked at the fuse and it appeared OK. Any suggestions on how to get the window down and the tailgate opened to work on it? Or any way to test to see what the problem is?
