I lose for sure, Only 105,000 on my 1991. It was a plumbers truck for the first 15 years or so of it's life but it looks like it has about 500,000 on it. Back in the day those plumbers were living big with a brand new XLT Lariat 7.3 F250. Must've been nice!
At 337,000. Did the glow plugs/relay and the injectors about 50,000 miles ago, and everything that attaches to the motor, except the A/C and tranny, has been replaced, once. This is on a '94 F-350. Still haven't done anything but changed the fluid twice on the E4OD. Weighs between 8800 and 9000 lbs. all the time. The IP change was waay overdue, and it feels like a new truck, well, newer
70K on the new(er) engine so i am out but the old one had 335K before being rebuilt then had another 136K put on it. Very sild beast but needs rebuilt again. 1....2....3.....NOT IT!! hahaha
I was reading American Towman Magazine, guy out in California put1.5 million miles on his 91 f-350 wrecker. oil change every 4,000 miles and Auto tranny filter change every 20,000miles i think it said he never had any problems just lots of water pumps alternators and such put a jasper remand in and her got the full core out of his old motor nothing was too wore out to rebuild
I'll never get to be one with the most miles on a pick up truck. Sad face! My 86' has 115,000 total miles with 30,000 on the engine. Guess I need to drive more. Wife's 86 Fiero was her daily driver for 16 years. She put on less than 60,000, it has 123,000 total now, mostly garaged for last 5 years.
341,563 on my 1994 F250 4X4 turbo w/ 5 speed and still runs pretty good. I am sure it could use some new injectors as I have no idea of the history of parts prior to the last 8 months.
479,347 on my odo but the engine(7.3 NA) was re-built at 390,000 and the c-6 overhauled at 430000. My truck purrs like a kitten, mind you there is almost $10,000 in reeipts from the last 5 years
Edit- These are kilometers obviously...

Reason: clarification
My 86 has 342,000, but the engine was rebuilt 80,000 miles ago along with the rear end and clutch. Original bearings, ball joints, transmission, transfer case, etc. Too bad they can't make a truck like this today. They would go bankrupt! I love this truck. I will never sell it.
