8ba/8rt header flanges

Just bought myself a flathead for the 1949 f6 "widow maker" ad i want to try making my own zoomie style headers
Where can i find header flanges ? I think id prefer individuals as compared to one that spans all three exhaust ports

Speedway, and I'm sure that Reds will have them too.
The one in link spans all 3 but how hard can it be to cut them apart?

Reds Headers
Sells both type
They are nice and thick and very well made, I have both types as I like a good foundation when I build my own.

The question is, how hard will it be to bolt them up unless they are PERFECTLY aligned. It's hard enough on the cast iron manifolds. One of the reasons Red's are so popular is they have figured out how to keep the flanges/holes all in the right place after all the welding is done.
