question about dvd player

I have a 07 expedition limited and I was wondering if the front navigation screen could play a dvd? Is it possible to watch a dvd in the front and watch the same thing in the back?.

The front will not play in motion, safety feature. I know on after market units you can rewire it to make it play during motion. . . but I am pretty sure it is illegal.
