Well, I oughta be back on more now. Finally got my PC back from the warranty repair. Fried hard drive...lovely. At least I have it back, but while I waited, at least I got the front U-joints replaced, had a bad locking hub (remained locked no matter what), so replaced those, and got new mud terrains on the 250. I think I had FTE withdrawal.

Morning. Hey now...Steelers are my team regardless of how they do. Can't complain too much with that many Lombardi Trophies though.

We still have more trophies than that team from the Boston area...

I'm not a bandwagoner and no matter what I'll back them...but I can't say I'm happy either at the moment. It's like there's a Super Bowl hangover going on. Having to kick FG's and not converting TD's on Sunday killed them - that's a totally different ballgame if they score TD's instead of FG's. Where did the running game go? Ben can't hoist it up 30+ times a game and expect to win...that's asking for problems because Ben always throws that one or two critical interceptions. And the defense had a total lapse in the end of the Bungles game.

They better get on the stick or it's gonna be a long year. Not any easier this Sunday with the Chargers coming to town.

Speaking of the Steelers - it turns out that Big Ben and several of the offensive linemen will be doing a "guest hosting" spot on the WWE's "Monday Night Raw" program next week from the Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre. I figured they should be spending more time in the playbook but I guess this is important...or something...

Jim...Bill...just having some fun with you guys!!! The Steelers are going to be there in the end...they may not win another one this year...but...they'll be in it!!!

Then...of course...there are the Pirates!!! They do hold a major sports record however...I believe it's been 17 years since they have had a winning season!!!

I know - and having fun in return with the resident New Englander or at least trying to make it seem that way in text...lol. Although I am very alarmed with what I've seen so far from the Steelers and can only hope your optimism rubs off on me...lol.

The Pirates - I disowned them a long time ago...lol. I was on the construction team for PNC Park and kept thinking to myself that we were building a monument to past greatness and it would never return for baseball. Gone is the legacy of Clemente and "We are Family" and "Pops", all to be replaced with the longest consecutive streak of futility. I wish ownership would get their heads outta their backsides.

To me, everything on here is generally good natured, so nothing ill on this end! Of course, yeah, there's the Pirates...eh, at least I'm not a big baseball fan! Rainy and cool here lately. Maybe I'll have to go play in the mud again. I did that, in a serious manner, for the first time just recently. Did a few little things before, but recently put new joints and such in, and really played. Be nice to find some real trails around, instead of where I've been going, but something's better than nothing.
