A few spots in the floor I knew about. That’s why I kept the section of the bed floor from the original box!

Looks like exactly what I should have done... you will never have any problems with rust ... I know, never say never.. but there, I said it, right or wrong...

I'm thinking of firearms quick access, with a snap open door panel, in the inside driver's door trim, and a waterproof padded inside the door, compartment. Remember, ONE .44 mag on target beats 15, 9mm close to the target... Stand fast, take your time, aim, and squeeze.. twice..

That came out great Nuke! I can't wait to see the progress on the box based on how good everything else is coming out.

Wow this is impressive all the detailed work you've done. I'm new to these trucks actually awaiting delivery of my 67 F250 project from the transporter, so I've spent my evenings looking through your thread over the last week.

I must've missed the reason for the purchase of the new doors? Everything looks great! Like everyone else I keep coming back for more progress pics!

Well, the doors were two reasons. One, the 67 doors I had were in pretty rough shape. Two, I wanted the doors with the locks at the top, the 67's doors use the door handle to lock them. I don't think you can put power locks in the 67 doors because of that.

Finally got the box (the top side, anyway) and the bed sides in epoxy. I'm going to fix the bedfloor, before I get the bottom in epoxy, so I can also shoot it with urethane, and then undercoat. After taking a hard look at the passenger side rear corner, I'm very tempted to see if I can find another one, cut from another box. This thing must have gotten hit pretty good, it was cobbled back together poorly.

Looks great nuke buddy, and at the rate you are progressing, you will beat the snow by a month or so... not that I am a weather predictor for NE... Here in Baja, all days are similar, until a hurricane arrives... We only have two seasons,.... warm and dry, or hot and dry...

Finally got some time to work on this damn thing! Luckily, I kept a section of the bed floor from the original box. The section around the rear box mount holes is in pretty bad shape, so, I'm going to make one big patch, including the support underneath.

Here is why I'm using the floor support from the patch piece. This support is pretty roached.

Now just have to do the final fitting, and get it all welded in. Since I plan on actually using this bed, I'm going to weld the floor from both top and bottom.

Nice, I think you need a bigger hammer Pat. Good to see some more progress.
