It will bolt right in. 2x on the Sandy headers they have all the custom stuff on the shelf, Or go with the Hooker Super Comps.

4.11 all the way will not be sorry. Put a set of 351C heads on it. Make it a Boss 351w. Might want to get a nv 4500 5 speed if you plan on road trips.

The cam you want is a little mild I have a Magnum 292 & it runs great, better yet it sounds nice n lumpy. Here are some reviews.

I will have to give sanderson headers a call, im worried what the 4.11 will do to my driving on the highway seeing as i will be using a NP435 trans, i dont want to limited to 60mph. Knowing me i will probaly buy the 4.11 and wish i had the 3.90, and as far as heads go i already have a set of Patriot aluminum heads 2.02 1.60. I know there not the best so i got them bare and im gonna put good hardware in them, and i think i did go to light on the cam. I think im gonna sell my 262h cam and get the 268h

I just looked at the link you posted and thats a different cam, the one i was looking at was for the 351w. Since my motor will be 408ci i should be able to get away with more duration so i should go with the 268h, anyone looking for a Extreme Energy 262h cam and lifters still in the box let me know

There isnt much difference between 30 or 4:10... I think 300 rpm at 65 or so.
I would go 4:10 any how...

ALso I would think, you would want a short duration cam, but one with a high lift. Now I didnt look at the ones you were lookin at, but I was always trying to get the valve closed quik, but to get the fuel, you need lift... also Ford ussually like 106 or so center line, ask the mfg were he would degree it at also, you can change a cams profile by either advancing it or retarding it...
