2" to 4" rear blocks on F250, shocks question

I am looking to upgrade my 2006 F250 from the stock 2" blocks to 4" blocks.

Is the shock absorbers upgrade necessary right away, or is a wait of 2 weeks with all pavement driving ok?

Thanks,

Rich

i'm pretty sure you don't need to change your shocks moving from a 2 to a 4" block. 250's and 350's use the same shocks and 350's have 4" blocks.

This is correct. I changed out my blocks with no shocks problems at all.
