Oh, believe me, you're right. I had someone offer me $4900 right after i got it on the road before the wheels/tires/exhaust/A/C compressor/plugs/wires/etc...etc...etc.... I probably should have taken it. I thought I'd be ok without 4x4...but i miss 4x4

Yeah, I love my truck very much honestly, so that's why it would be hard to let it go. but if someone offered me the right price, I would let it go so i can get another 4x4

 

Bulldog, I don't know if you have an F150 or F250+, but i'm swapping my F100 over to 4x4. It's really not that hard at all if you're going with a TTB setup.

I'm pretty sure it's not as easy to swap to 4x4 with an F250+, but i'm not sure.

 

It's hard to find the 80's trucks not full of rust. The fact that mine is in such good condition makes it even harder....but still, not 4x4

 

I have an F150....I don't really have the money to do the swap. Plus, like I said earlier, the fact that it is in as good of condition as it is, i can't see tearing apart to do that. It would be an awesome ride for someone who likes 2wd and these trucks. It really is in good shape. I really do love it, if i could get a 4x4 and keep it, I would.

 

It still has the original pinstripe. The pinstripe is not in as good a shape as it was when it rolled out of the factory, but none the less, the pinstripe is there and doesn't look bad.

 

just got her home last night (inspection is up so it had to be at night haha)
