Weekend was nice TY Ken.
Would have been better if the dealership was done with my van.
The dealership said on Saturday that the reason my van had yet to be worked on was because they had a disassembled vehicle held hostage to the extended warranty inspector stranded up on the lift.
The dealership said that the extended warranty inspector took a couple days to show up after the dealership had called to report that the vehicle was opened up and ready for warranty appraisal.
I'm just hoping that the dealership considers my tranny repair as covered under the rebuild warranty, as I have been faithful to bring it in over the ensuing months every time it set a code, and doesn't bill me for the rental car.

Strange that they would tie up a lift waiting for a warranty inspection. Let's see...labor rate...$80 per hour times 10 hours = $800 times 2 = $1600 in lost billable hours. The warranty company isn't going to reimburse them for that time. It would seem to me that they could have managed to move that vehicle...somewhere...somehow!!!
