i have blocks that big without issue, but i don't tow. if i were the one who built my truck, i wouldn't have done it that way, but a shackle flip for the rear is cheap if that bothers you. stacked blocks do suck but as long as you keep the ubolts tight and don't jump the truck, or tow heavy loads you'll be fine. buy that truck and then buy my gears

they are 38's on his, i just think he doesn't know how to measure. looks more like a 6 inch. on an older f350 a six inch looks too big for 35's but 38's look right at home. add a body lift and depending on your taste, 38's look like they're too small. i used to have 40'' boggers, with the bumper spaced out they fit the truck perfectly. not too big to flex a little and not small for the wheel well. i personally hate trucks with a chit ton of lift to clear small tires. unless your truck has craxy flex, there's no reason to do that

if i had the cash, i'd buy that at $6000. it looks to be in good shape and well taken care of. i paid $15,000 for mine in 2001. it only had 63,000 miles on it with all new suspension and tires and rims. get some more info on it and then you can get a better idea on a price. you can find cheaper one tons, but trying to find one in this bodystyle that hasn't been worked to it's ragged edge is getting harder and harder. but i live in the middle of farmland, so trucks get worked hard around here.

what the hell makes you so much better than me, kirby? and dillin you can **** off. you already know i've never had a garage up until now. i'm in the middle of trading my 94 for a 78 that is so ragged it would make you sick. i've never claimed to have built my 94. i've had quite a few trucks and i've always bought pretty smart. if buying a one ton for the strong drivetrain is dumb, then i guess everyone who has ever swapped a 60front into their truck is a moron. the dumb part is leaving the truck in the shape that i got it. i bought it when i was seventeen. working at wendy paying over $400 a month doesn't leave you much money with a truck like this after gas and insurance. i've lost my job a few times while owning it, as well as had two dui's, got married and had 1 child and now another one on the way. i've went through a few sets of tires as well. i don't have money falling out of my @$$, and i drink too much to save money. i'm trying to take care of that problem right now. and kirby, didn't you run around with 44's on half ton's talking about your badass truck and how you hadn't had any breakage issues. must've been working them real hard
