I'm in Buda...just south of Austin... 54 F100 modified. Saturday nite at Cabela's has been the hang out for local cars this summer. Get together would be nice... count me in. Jim

Thought I would give everyone an update and get this thread back on top.
We have eight truckers in the group now. Hopefully everyone will be able to make the get together on the 30th.
I will be sending out an email to everyone soon with some details.

San Antonio here. 54f100 with a caddy 500. Marble falls is doable. Although I could use some carb help, getting about 10 miles to the gallon.

Do you suppose the 500 CI could be part of the gas mileage problem? Seriously, It should do a little better than that. I have been struggling with mine, trying to get better than 15 mpg, but so far no luck. What do you have for a carb?
