NEED HELP, low oil pressure on passengers side head. NOOB!

Hi guys, new to the form. Been checking out old posts trying to find my poblem... Nothing. He i go.

I just bought a 99 F350 V10. Has 235K and i bought it knowing it had low oil pressure. well, I thought it was a oil pump. I changed it and its much better but the passengers side head is getting very little oil on the lifters. The drivers just sprays the oil out. The guy gave me the ole " i changed the oil every 3k" bit.. YA RIGHT! the motor has quite a bit of sludge and the timing chain pressure tensions were plunged up totally.

I tried engine fluse. wile i had the motor apart i blew air in it and used carb cleaner to hep brake up the crap wile i was teher. I didnt drop the pan but i filled the pan up to the oil screen with chem-dip and forced air in to it for about 5 min so it would hopefully clean it if needed.. if i start it the oil prssure on the gauge goes up to good.. Some times will stay there for a few min. Othere times falls back to 0.

Im planning on cleaning the pressure switch,
What about the passengers side head pressure?

Thanks guys.

years ago I would run a little trans fluid in it to clean them up. but not sure if you can do that to the newer motors and get away with it. about 1 qt.

Have you removed the cam and blown air through the journal feeds?

Also check your lifters, If you have a bad one it can cause low pressure on one side.
