OBD2 code interpretation

I was towing my malibu home for the delta on Saturday and the check engine light came on. Put the reader on and it returned P0299. Does anyone know what this means?
Can't find it anywhere. I went ahead and cleared the code

Turbo under boost, the turbo falls under emissions and is covered so I would visit your dealer if the code appears again.
