Well I shed the first wife years ago and got remarried. I love her dearly and have a great marriage but if something happens to this one.........NO MORE FOR ME!

 

I need to find another one..

I miss the companionship, but not the bs..

 

Same here. I was single at the time Jamie and I met and had custody of my son and was raising him by myself. The companionship thing was important for both my son and me. He needed a mom figure in his life because his real mom was never one at all. It all worked out fine. There are lots of BS moments but I can't complain and I adore her.

 

Well I am glad this one is working out for you..

It took my brother 3 times to get a good one..

 

And sometimes it does. I won't make it to three though....

 

I might not make it to 2..

 

Well, I had sworn I would never do it again after the first disaster of a marriage I had. I did anyway and while it's a great marriage, I know I wouldn't do it again. Things do definitely change when you get married, all jokes aside. It may not happen right away, but eventually......

 

Well it has been 16 years already and I'm not getting any younger...

 

Well I need to head off to bed..
