Hey all i have a 04 350 drw 4x4 diesel.The truck has a crazy noise that comes and goes it sounds like its in the left front.I put the truck on the lift the other day and noticed that the lf axle was spiining with the hub in the auto setting.The hubs havent been locked in since march and the 4x4 switch hasnt been touched and the vaccum to the hubs is disconnected.When driving ill get what seems like a noise similar to a roar but will go away after a few feet it comes and goes while driving.After getting the auto hub released the other day i drove it nearly 50 miles on the highway before it did it again.Do you guys think that the autl locking hub could possibly be trying to engage going down the road?
