Not easy to find. I have an '02 E150 and thought about a grille guard but was not able to find anything.
Since then, I've looked at Camburg Engineering's lift kits, and they make a cool front bumper/grille guard unit that costs a bunch.
Although this page features their van lift kits, the bumper is at the bottom:
